A full tutorial isn't really necessary, but I'll run you through the steps for making them.
What you need:
Card Printable (see below)
2 Sheets [8.5x11 inches] Card Stock (patterned on one side, white on the other)
Ruler
Pencil
Scissors
Clear Contact Paper (optional)
How to make them:
Print two copies of the card printable on the white side of your card stock. Using the markers around the perimeter of the page, draw lines so you know where to cut. Cut out the cards. And, if you want, "laminate" them with clear contact paper so they are more sturdy and waterproof.

Cute!! I made a memory game for my little nephew recently. All mine entailed was circle wood "chips" with paris of various colored scrapbook paper (where I used my circle punch), and then the opposite sides all had blue. Easy peasy. Oh, and I modpodged it too.
I love memory games though. They're sooo good for kids :)
