I'm getting back in the groove of things at home and I decided I should introduce you to our new pet. When Cookie Crumb and I got home on Thursday Mason surprised us with Omar the betta fish! :) Cookie Crumb really likes him. He calls him "Momar", but he's getting better at pronouncing it.
Anyways, today Mason decided to sleep in until 1 p.m., so Cookie Crumb and I went out early in the day and bought a few little things to spruce up Omar's completely empty fishbowl. It looks much nicer now, Omar seems to like having plants to hide in, and I like that it will help conceal any gunk that appears in the bowl between cleanings!
