Here's the easy part... the hummus!

Red Pepper Hummus

What you need:

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 red pepper, roasted or boiled, peeled and sliced
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp salt
water, if needed

How to make it:

Toss it all in your blender or food processor and let her rip! Haha. If you want it to be a little creamier, add a little water about 1 Tbsp at a time until it's how you like it. Transfer to an airtight container and chill for a couple hours (ok, not totally necessary, but it's best after chilling).
