Since redoing my recipe page, I've been trying to make and take photos of recipes that currently don't have any photos. So why not rerun those recipes at the same time?

I first posted these greek chicken thighs in May 2010 with a sauce to go with them. I didn't have the ingredients for the sauce on hand, but you can find that part of the recipe here.

What you need:

10 - 15 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup water
3 garlic cloves, crushed or minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp oregano
olive oil

How to make it:

Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Arrange the chicken thighs in a 9X9 inch glass dish and add water and lemon juice. Sprinkle garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano over the top. Bake for 45 minutes, turn thighs every 10 minutes and brush the tops with oil.
