Toddler Linen Shorts

I bought this linen fabric about a year ago with the intent to make a shirt for Gavin. A year later and no shirt, but I did whip up some shorts instead! I used Dana's pants tutorial for these because it's easy, free and awesome! They are very long for shorts on my little guy, but he is still a bit of a shorty. Instead of hemming the legs under, I hemmed them outside for a different look. Also, I sewed all the seams flat with white thread because I like the look.

If you're looking for a great, but easy tutorial, I would recommend Dana's tutorials. I have only tried a couple, but they have been fantastic so far. :)
