Another rerun! Are you tired of them yet? This one is really delicious and easy. Go ahead and use an inexpensive roast because it will be cooking all day. Pardon the weird colours in the photo... by the time supper is ready I have no natural light left!

Slowcooker Beef Dip

What you need:

Beef roast (ours are usually a few pounds, not huge, not tiny)
1/2 cup soya sauce
2 1/2 cups water
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 bay leaf
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp thyme
pepper

How to make it:

Place ingredients & a beef roast in crock pot on low for 6-8 hours.
Slice beef and serve on buns, use liquid as dip.
For extra flavour later, store leftover beef in juice.
