Toddler Tip

Thursday, July 7, 2011

I thought this might be worth sharing with other moms. It's so simple, but can make a big difference for tiny fingers.

Gavin loves playing with stickers. It's a great activity for him to do in the car on a long drive to visit family. The only problem is that he has trouble finding the edges of stickers and getting them up. Here is an easy way to help a toddler use stickers all by themselves. It's great practice for their little fingers!

Grab a sticker sheet:

Separate the sticky part from the backing at the edge:

And peel it right off. The stickers should remain perfectly in their places and now their edges are easy for eyes and fingers to find!

And who knows, they might just think that stuff you peeled off makes a fun sticker to play with too!
