Good Morning!
Well I got my stuff together and managed to write up a Food Friday post this week. I don't have any photos, but at least I'm here with a recipe, right? I figure that we all are going to get sick of turkey sometime in the next couple weeks, so when the time comes, here's a yummy (and easy) Beef Dip recipe.
Ingredients:
Beef roast (I don't have an exact size, so let's just say, not too big, not too small?)
1/2 cup soya sauce
2 1/2 cups water
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 bay leaf
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp thyme
pepper
Directions:
Place ingredients & a beef roast in crock pot on low for 6-8 hours.
Slice beef and serve on buns, use liquid as dip.
For extra flavour later, store leftover beef in juice.

Sounds yummy! TFS!
this sounds great! Another good beef roast crock pot recipe is add the roast, a package of au jus powder mix and the amount of water on package, and then spicy giardiniera. It's heaven!!!
Wow! That sounds so easy, I'll have to try it. Thanks, Lisa!
